For 1.5 years I got results by tracking calories but I was miserable.

It took me twice as long to cook my meals, I always felt anxious about hitting my macros perfectly, and I isolated myself to avoid meals I couldn’t track with MyFitnessPal

Soon I realized I had 2 eating disorders and felt burnt out so I stopped tracking entirely.

But I hit a wall with my gain/loss goals...


I realized structure was NOT the problem.

The system was.

So I made myself a personalized meal plan to give me the structure I NEEDED

So how do I make the plans?

  1. You fill out a form with your current status, your goals, and other details
  2. I take that information and make you a plan that looks too good to be true...
    1. Calorie and macro ranges
    2. The foods you enjoy eating (including ice cream)
    3. Example days of eating + recipes to help you put it all together
  3. You also get some extra stuff
    1. Grocery list (simply take an example eating day and copy it on here)
    2. My notes describing WHY I put certain foods on the plan
    3. Supplement recommendations (if applicable)

Q: How do I get results without tracking calories?

A: I will create custom calorie and macro ranges for you based on your goals + lifestyle and implement them into each of your example days to make sure you stay on track.

Q: How do I know how much food to buy?

A: Simply copy one of the example days in the plan, paste it onto the grocery list I have for you in the meal plan, and multiply the portion sizes by how many days you plan on using that example day.

Q: Does it matter how much cooking experience I have?

A: Not at all. Most of the recipes are very easy to make but there are some more time-intensive recipes as well if you have more cooking experience or want to test your skills.

Q: What if I don't like an ingredient in one of the recipes?

A: Try swapping it with a food that has similar macros + calories (ex: shrimp for chicken)! The recipes are just a guide! I encourage you to get creative and develop your own versions.
